My stay at Gale Miami Hotel & Residences was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel has a modern layout, and I really enjoyed the amenities like the pool on the 9th floor. but there were issues with my key card that caused a lot of frustration. The wait times for check-in were excessive, and the service left something to be desired, especially considering the high prices.

However, I encountered some issues with early check-in charges, but thankfully, the staff waived it for me. The location is fantastic, as I could easily walk to the Kaseya Centre for a Heat game.
